Large comfortable and clean rooms, and a friendly team who made us feel very welcome. The breakfast buffet was also wonderful, lots of choice and served in a very pleasant restaurant area. There is also a terrific tuk tuk driver called Surin associated with the hotel who took us safely out to the temple complex at sunrise and subsequently all around Siem Reap to see the sights (make sure you ask for him). We would highly recommend this hotel and their services.

The swimming pool was great for the kids, the breakfast was really worth getting and big, and the staff were very attentive and spoke great English. The room was large, the beds were comfortable and clean and had free water. It was quiet at night and their aircon was strong. Wifi was also good enough to zoom.

Staff were excellent. I would give them 10 out of 10. Any problems they fixed. Very clean, bed comfortable. Chef was also great as was the young girl making my cocktails. The manager had also arranged for rose petals and towel swans etc on our bed for our 50th wedding anniversary. Much appreciated. ❤️

If you need a well cleaned hotel room and quiet place, come here. Highly recommended place to stay in Siem reap.

İt took me a while to go through all the hotels in Siem Reap on booking.com but İ decided to book Ratana because I liked how the rooms looked and the reviews were great as well. And I never regretted it! We stayed 5 nights there and could have stayed even longer 😍 Our room was spacious and clean (with daily cleaning and change of towels), the breakfast was diverse with different options everyday, the pool was nice and the staff made our stay very comfortable! Our girl had a birthday while we were staying and the staff surprised us with a cake and 'happy birthday " song 😍🙏🏼 İ will recommend this hotel to all friends who will ever visit Siem Real! Thanks for your hospitality ❤️

Fantastic place just absolutely amazing!👍🏼😊🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Nice and quiert, very good restaurant, very sweet and service minded staff👍🏼😊 The beds and room and bathtop amazing😊 You cam easy go by scooter, Tuk Tuk or walk to centrum!👍🏼😊 Beautiful garden and swimmingpool. Everything is like all new and beautiful and you can book every trip you want to Go on in reception👍🏼😊 Massage good prices, professionel👍🏼😊🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 We want to stay longer and come back again👍🏼😊 And Siem Reap (and Cambodia) in all is amazing, with all The markets, shopping Streets, restaurants and The Angkor Wat and all The other temples, Waterfall, yes! it is our second time here and This hotel is absolutely our favorite hotel here👍🏼😊 Can really recommend This👍🏼💚😊

The staff were so friendly and happy to help before we had even checked in. The room was comfortable and spacious with a nice bathroom and the hotel also had a really nice pool area which had the sun for most of the day which was a bonus. The location of the hotel was only a short tuk tuk ride from the centre of the city where you could find plenty of restaurants and cafes along with the main shopping areas.

Gorgeous hotel, everything was absolutely spotless. The pool was in pristine condition and the staff could not do enough for us. The location was good it was around an 8 minute drive to everything in the centre, in a $2 tuk tuk which were always available at the hotel.

I and my boyfriend returned here because of staff. Supper friendly, helpful and always at the counter for you. Room cleaned and nice view of swimming pool. Breakfast was good. Next to the main road and feel safe . Highly recommend this hotel to everyone and if I come to Siem Reap, I may always stay here 😍
